Every plan includes support over WhatsApp and Zoom - Cloud, Service Provider and Enterprise alike.
OpenEMR Cloud is banded on beds: $900 per month for 1 to 50, $1,500 for 51 to 100, and $2,000 above 100; on-premise Enterprise is $60,000 a year. Bakery Cloud is banded on customers: $200 per month up to 100, $300 for 101 to 300, and $500 above 300; on-premise Enterprise is $7,500 a year. Implementation and customisation on both are scoped to your requirements.
Cloud is hosted and managed by us and billed monthly on your headcount. Enterprise is on-premise rather than SaaS: you purchase your own server and we provide the setup, so employee information stays on your own infrastructure. Enterprise is billed annually.
That is the Service Providers plan. The first company is $40 per month, or $60 per month if it has more than 100 employees. Each additional company adds $10 per month, or $25 per month if that company has more than 100 employees.
On headcount. Up to 20 employees is $40 per month, 21 to 200 employees is $90 per month, and more than 200 employees is $120 per month.
