How is the Cloud price calculated?
On headcount. Up to 20 employees is $40 per month, 21 to 200 employees is $90 per month, and more than 200 employees is $120 per month.
I run payroll for several companies. How is that priced?
That is the Service Providers plan. The first company is $40 per month, or $60 per month if it has more than 100 employees. Each additional company adds $10 per month, or $25 per month if that company has more than 100 employees.
What is the difference between Cloud and Enterprise?
Cloud is hosted and managed by us and billed monthly on your headcount. Enterprise is on-premise rather than SaaS: you purchase your own server and we provide the setup, so employee information stays on your own infrastructure. Enterprise is billed annually.
Do you work outside Barbados?
Yes - as well as Barbados, we work in Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica and Guyana. The compliance layer is regional by design.
